Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your email address, company or organization, optional website, and message so we can review and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interest in B2B communication.

Contact requests may be shared internally with the Forge42 team and, when form delivery is enabled, with a notification service configured by Forge42. We keep requests only as long as needed for handling, follow-up questions, and legal retention obligations. We delete the data submitted via the form once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations require further storage.

Website delivery

When this website is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, time, browser information, and requested URL may be processed to deliver the site, protect it, and analyze errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The server log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Our website is hosted by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. The provider processes the aforementioned access data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
